ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Please e-mail admin@theicsstore.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Please provide your contact info, reason for return and order number. An e-mail will be returned to you with a form and instructions.

Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to theicsstore.com for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot accepted for return. Shipping Costs will not be refunded. Products will be covered under any warranty that the manufacturer covers. |
